Life has been a little busier than usual. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but when it comes to eating better and getting more exercise, well, let’s just say I haven’t had the most successful start to March.
Eating right is much easier when you have time to plan out your meals and plenty of time to exercise. Plus, the weather turned colder again, and my desire to walk outside is pretty much zero when it’s cold AND windy.
This is my busy time at work. We are 2 weeks away from my organization’s annual meeting and I’ve been a busy, busy bee. I’ve enjoyed every second of preparing for it, but I’ll admit my WeightWatchering hasn’t been the best. I haven’t been to a meeting in a few weeks and while I haven’t returned to my previous terrible eating pattern, I have cheated more than I should. Damn you, buffalo wings!
So here’s to hoping that I can get back on track very soon!
